These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Cavalry Works (VV Group, LLC) for maintenance coordination, work-order updates, appointment scheduling, vendor assignment, customer support, vendor onboarding, available maintenance work opportunities, account setup, platform updates, and other service-related notifications.

SMS Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to Cavalry Works or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages related to our services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, becoming a vendor, using Cavalry Works services, or participating in the vendor network.

Vendor Network Messages

Cavalry Works may send SMS/MMS messages to vendors and contractors who opt in to receive communications about vendor onboarding, available maintenance work opportunities, account setup, platform updates, and support. Message frequency varies based on onboarding activity, account activity, work opportunity availability, and support needs. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out and Help
