How "seamless" is the onboarding process?

Pretty seamless, and well worth the time setting it up. We do not require you to change your processes. It is still your business.

We will make suggestions, but ultimately it is your decision what estimates are approved, whether we perform preventative maintenance, when you like to inspect your property, ...

What level of service can I expect?

What % of workload will be removed?

We take more than 90% of the maintenance workload. The remaining "10%" is the team work required to get estimates approved, to prepare for turnovers, dealing with escalations, ...

I am skeptical about your vendor's pricing. Tell me more.

We are able to get better pricing because we send our vendors a ton of work, and we put in the time to negotiate with vendors, if their initial estimate is too high to our liking.

We DO NOT mark up any invoices and you will be able to see which vendors we are working with, to maintain full transparency.
